Terms of service
These terms apply when you use BridgeStick, a product of Davait, Inc. By creating an account, you accept them.
The service
- BridgeStick syncs, compares and serves data from the systems you connect to it.
- It is in early access: it is free, it changes often, and features may be added, changed or removed.
- Should paid plans come, they apply to you only after you are told and accept them.
Your account
- Give a valid email address, and keep your sign-in, your API keys and your agents' auth keys safe: what is done with them is your responsibility.
- You must be able to accept these terms, for yourself or for the organization you represent.
Acceptable use
- Connect only systems you are authorized to access, with the licenses and permissions they require — an SAP system's included.
- Do not use BridgeStick to break the law, to attack or probe systems that are not yours, to get around its limits or its tenant isolation, or to interfere with other users.
Your data
- Your data stays yours. You let us process it only to provide BridgeStick to you, as the privacy policy describes.
- You are responsible for the data you connect, and for having the right to move it.
Availability
- During early access BridgeStick is provided as it is, with no guaranteed level of availability: it may stop for maintenance or incidents.
- Your destinations hold your data, not BridgeStick: keep their backups as you would anyway.
Ending
- You can stop using BridgeStick at any time, and ask us to delete your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and tell you why when we can.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, Davait, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for BridgeStick in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to their conflict-of-laws rules.
- Any dispute about them or about BridgeStick goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Davait, Inc. accept their jurisdiction.
- Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
- We may change these terms; a change that matters is announced in the app or by email before it applies. Using BridgeStick after it applies means you accept it.
